ATTORNEY
Pierre Rivera is the founder of the firm. He has a JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law, an LLM in Real Estate Development and Finance from New York Law School and an EMBA from Cornell University. Mr. Rivera worked at the NYC Dept. of Buildings where he successfully prosecuted over 5000 violations. He then worked at the NYC Law Department's Affirmative Litigation Division for five years where he filed lawsuits against landlords and illegal Airbnb operators. After his City service, Pierre worked for an Estate where he personally managed a NYC portfolio of commercial and residential properties valued at over $10 million dollars. He doubled the annual income in two years and resolved all legal issues. He is a war veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan.
